A Time of Slaughter
Disgraced cop from Baltimore, Deputy Chief Arnold Simmons lands in the quiet town of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, where he hopes to escape his violent and sadistic past. Though when confronted with the body of a missing person in a local creek, Simmons is forced to relive his past and the events that may bring him closest to his ultimate destruction.
